WSA International Pvt. Ltd.

An import and export business moving goods to and from India — handling the sourcing, documentation and logistics that sit between a supplier in one country and a buyer in another.

About WSA International

Cross-Border Trade, Handled End to End

WSA International Pvt. Ltd. operates within AKap Group's Trade & Commerce vertical, in which the Group holds a 50% stake. The company works across imports and exports, delivering goods into India and shipping Indian goods out to markets abroad.

International trade is rarely about the shipping alone. It is supplier verification, correct classification, documentation that clears the first time, payment terms both sides can live with, and someone accountable when a consignment is delayed. WSA International handles that whole chain, so a buyer or seller deals with one counterparty instead of six.

What We Trade

The Joint Venture

WSA International is a 50% joint venture within AKap Group. That structure gives the company independent commercial focus and specialist trade expertise, backed by the Group's standards on governance, documentation and how counterparties are dealt with.

What We Do

Two Directions, One Standard

Whether goods are coming into India or going out of it, the same discipline applies to sourcing, paperwork and delivery.

Imports Into India

Sourcing goods from overseas suppliers and bringing them into India — supplier verification, negotiation, shipping, customs documentation and delivery to the buyer's door.

Exports From India

Taking Indian goods to international markets — identifying buyers, meeting destination-country requirements, and managing export documentation and freight through to arrival.

Trade Support & Logistics

Documentation, compliance, freight coordination and payment terms — the administrative machinery that decides whether a shipment clears smoothly or sits at a port.

How We Operate

What Counterparties Can Expect

01

Verified Counterparties

Suppliers and buyers are checked before a deal is committed, not after a problem appears.

02

Documentation Done Right

Correct classification and paperwork prepared properly, because clearance delays are almost always avoidable.

03

Transparent Terms

Pricing, incoterms and payment conditions stated clearly up front, with no surprises at invoicing.

04

One Point of Accountability

A single contact who owns the consignment from order to delivery, including when things go wrong.
