Mr. Sandeep Wadje is the Founder and Director of WSA International Pvt. Ltd., the company he established to operate across imports and exports between India and international markets.
As Director he leads the company’s trading operations - supplier and buyer relationships, commercial terms, and the documentation and logistics discipline that determines whether a consignment clears smoothly or sits at a port.
Mr. Ashish Ashok Wadje serves as a Director on the board of WSA International Pvt. Ltd., bringing group-level oversight to the company’s trading operations.
He is also Chairman and Managing Director of AKap Group, where he is the principal architect of the group’s strategic direction across construction materials, technology, trade and infrastructure. On the WSA board he contributes that same emphasis on governance, documentation and long-term value over short-term gain.
